Scheduling
The device presents users with three different patient lists: Pending Documentation, Checked-In Patients and Appointment Book (available for any date the user chooses to view).
Patient Records
Users can choose from the patient list and also add patients to the device manually, if they are not yet displayed on the existing patient list.
Review Records and Speech Recognition
The iPhone is a portable way to review patients and record dictation into your SuccessEHS electronic health record (EHR) / electronic medical record (EMR). Users can record dictations and instructions for each encounter. Then the dictations are sent to Nuances SpeechMagic engine, which delivers seamlessly integrated digital dictation and speech recognition capability within SuccessEHS.
Automation and Security
Our iPhone application can update lists automatically, or the user can synchronize with the SuccessEHS system manually whenever they choose. Users have the option of securing the application with a password, so patient data cannot be viewed by anyone else to increase security.
